Stroke Know the signs

Time is brain.

The signs of stroke must be recognized early and treatment instituted early before brain is damaged. The longer the time delay, the more brain is at risk of permanent Injury or death. Brain tissue may not recover leading to permanent disability or death.

Time wasted really is brain lost.

The signs of stroke are as emboldened above. Confusion, headaches, light headedness, unsteadiness of gait may also be symptoms and signs. Significant severe headache which is unusual for the person is a highly important sign of subarachnoid haemorrhage.

ISCHEMIC STROKE

HAEMORRHAGIC STROKE
  SUBARACHNOID HAEMORRHAGE
